Saddleback Valley Academy of Business, Communication and Human Services

Silverado's State Partnership Academy is a program designed to provide students with the unique opportunity to pursue their academic high school diploma while preparing for the transition to the world of work. Academy students are grouped together in their core classes of Science, Social Science and English. This academic grouping is called a Village.  The Village has a theme each year and students do interdisciplinary projects each session on topics related to the theme. These students then must also take technical classes in the career pathways of Health, Art Production, Graphic Arts, and Street Law to help expose them and prepare them for post secondary choices.

Academy students are also eligible to attend a number of field trips during the year designed to introduce them to the world of work and enrich their educational experience.

For further information about Silverado's Career Academy program, please contact the Academy Coordinator, Ms. Robin Bechtel.
